The Role:
As a Customer Hub Technical Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional technical support and expertise in Selectronic systems. Your role is critical in guiding our customers through the sales, installation, and commissioning process, ensuring ongoing system performance and an exemplary customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical support within the Customer Service Hub, including troubleshooting and resolving customer queries via email and phone.
Participate in weekly management meetings and provide actionable feedback.
Work towards achieving and surpassing set KPIs and SLAs.
Provide on-site commissioning and technical support as needed.
Collaborate with various teams to enhance Selectronic’s products and services based on customer feedback.
Ideal Candidate:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification.
High proficiency in customer service software, CRM, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on solution-oriented approaches.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exposure to solar power and battery systems or Selectronic products is preferable.
